- Is the farmhouse open all year round?

Yes our farmhouse stay open all year round!

What is the time for check-in and check-out?

The check-in can be done from 15:00 to 19:00. The accommodation must be left by 10:00 on the day of departure

Are pets allowed?

Your pets are welcome by paying a small surcharge.

Where can I park my car?

The farmhouse has a large private parking available to guests for free.

Is there a restaurant in your farmhouse? What kind of menu do you offer?

We have a restaurant where you can enjoy typical Tuscan dishes prepared with local ingredients. Reservation with a previously agreed set menu is required.
Every day we prepare different dishes based on the seasonality and the ingredients available in the vegetable garden.

Is the swimming pool accessible for free?

Yes the swimming pool is free available to our guests free of charge in the opening period, roughly from the beginning of May to the end of October.

Does the price include bed linens and towels?

Yes, the price includes bed linens and towels.

Is breakfast included in the price of the accommodation?

No breakfast is not included and must be requested. For the Italian breakfast the price is € 7.00 per person.

What is the equipment of the kitchens of the apartments?

Each kitchen is equipped with fridge, induction hob, electric oven and/or microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, cookware, dishes, glasses, cutlery and other standard kitchen equipment.

Are there any shop and restaurant nearby?

The farmhouse is about 10 km from the village centre of Lajatico, where you can find a grocer’s store, restaurants and a postal office.
In Volterra (16 Km) you may find supermarkets and every kind of shop and service.

Is there internet connection in the apartments?

Yes the facility is equipped with a Wi-Fi internet access for free.

Is there air conditioning in the apartments and rooms?

Yes, each accommodation is equipped with an independent air-conditioning system, use is an extra service paid separately.

Our farmhouse promotes low environmental impact ethics with the aim of letting customers rediscover the green unspoiled countryside, so we are rightly equipped according to modern standards (air conditioning, wifi) but we reward those who do not take advantage of these services by charging a minimum for consumption. This allows to avoid waste and pay only what you actually use

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept payments with the main credit cards, with debit cards and in cash.

What is your booking policy?

A 30% deposit will be required on booking. The balance on arrival at the facility.
